A new family-friendly adventure awaits, as the exhilarating “Hello Mars” 3D digital space show is in town this summer. You can walk across the dusty dunes of the Red Planet, and experience a 3D display at the phantom holographic theater, scientific lectures, and more. This is the second season of the “Space Carnival” series. It is by far the largest and most high-tech exhibition of its kind in China, covering a total area of 1500 square meters at the China Millennium Monument from Jun 21 to Aug 25. Here are some highlights of “Hello Mars” this year.
Large Scale 3D Hologram Projection Display
At the phantom holographic theater, you can enjoy 3D picture effects without glasses. There will be shows all day.
Scientific Lectures
Some scientists believe that a comet could hit earth in the next 100 years, one even larger than the asteroid that wiped out the dinosaurs millions of years ago. If that day were to come, which of the seven nearest planets would be habitable? “Why would humans go to Mars?” and “how do we get to Mars?” are the two topics of the scientific lectures.
Space X Rocket show
In the 17th century, people used telescopes to observe the universe. Nowadays, we have rockets to explore the universe. In the future, this falcon heavy rocket will take human beings to distant Mars. At the Space X Rocket show, you will get chance to get a closer look at rockets.
A Stroll through the Galaxy
In the Galaxy Journey section, you can learn where the twelve constellations come from, and explore the mysteries of the constellations together along this long galactic road.
