Jennifer Thome, Managing Editor of our sister magazine Agenda, wrote an interesting blog on how Beijing’s car policies will impact expat car owners. Here’s what she found out:

Starting in 2011 Beijing has issued new regulations, and aspiring drivers now have to win a lottery in able to purchase a car. That, or spend a lot of money.
