Getting to work on a Monday morning during rush hour is a nightmare! There have been more than a handful of mornings where I’ve stared at my Didi in disbelief at my place 58th in line for the next available car.
Beijing’s a busy city and it seems like we’re all in a rush to get somewhere. And while Didi is the most convenient ride-hailing app for non-Chinese speakers to use, it’s not the only one.
Recently I’ve discovered that Amaps (the standard navigation app that comes with android phones) has a ride-hailing service that’ll call cars through every app all at once, giving you better chances of getting a car much quicker especially during rush hours.
Check out the video below for a step-by-step guide on using the Amaps ride-hailing service.
