From May 1-3, The Hutong is hosting a MasterChef Culinary Camp for kids 8-12 years of age. Over the course of the camp, kids will gain valuable knowledge about cooking and will progress from learning the basics of flavor and spices, all the way to cooking full-fledged dishes and creating their own menus. No cooking experience necessary – total beginners, budding chefs, and all in between are welcome!
10am-8pm daily. The Hutong. RMB 2,980.
This three-day camp (May 1-3) will teach 10-16-year-old kids the basic techniques of climbing, caving, abseiling, and ascending, and includes one night of camping. As a former child who learned to abseil at a young age, I can confirm that there is nothing more thrilling and empowering than that moment you step over the edge of a cliff for the first time. Kids will increase their confidence and make new friends, all while spending time in the great outdoors.
