In its four years of operation, O’le Climbing has built a reputation as a venue for serious rock climbers and bouldering enthusiasts. In addition to a 12.5m high indoor climbing wall and 150sqm bouldering room, the center also offers football programs and ski trips to Duolemeidi. O’le Climbing also organizes birthday parties (best booked at least one week in advance). For RMB 120-270 per participant, O’le can design a program with any combination of climbing, bouldering, slacklining, and box climbing for a group of four to 20 kids. Suitable for ages 5-13, all parties are led by a bilingual instructor and include equipment. Box climbing is a relay-style game in which kids take turns stacking and climbing boxes – like a life-sized game of Jenga. The climber is attached to a belaying rope for safety, and is held aloft when the tower of boxes inevitably collapses. Slacklining is a summer activity in which kids walk along a rope tensioned between two anchor points using a stick for balance. There’s also a ladder-accessible “Tibetan loft” for relaxing in.
RMB 120/child (one hour), RMB 200/child (two hours), RMB 270/child (three hours); RMB 300/group (eating in the Tibetan loft); RMB 600/group (one hour on the football pitch).
