What do Cinderella, Katniss Everdeen, and King Arthur have in common? They were all at the International Montessori School of Beijing (MSB) on Friday, March 15, along with other visitors like Hogwards students, Sherlock Holmes, Pippi Longstocking, Obi Wan Kenobi, Darth Vader, and Little Red Riding Hood. In fact, they were all Reception and Elementary students disguised as their favorite literary characters for the school’s Character Day.
Cruella DeVille and three Dalmatians also stopped by the event, which was part of MSB’s Literacy week. Real-life authors Keith Gray, Anne Spudvilas, and Meredith Badger visited the school as part of the week, which also included fun book activities like a book sale, a book swap, and a pajama day.
