There are hundreds of animals hoping to find loving homes in Beijing. If you are considering adopting a pet, Doggy/Moggy of the Week will feature animals from volunteer shelters, animal rescue groups, foster care providers, and pet owners needing to rehome animals. This week’s moggies, Maisey, Shtubby, and Daisy, are from ICVS’ Adoptable Pets.
Maisey
Maisey is a lovely, energetic boy who was rescued from Yosemite. He is both an indoor and outdoor cat and is very playful. He has been neutered and his vaccinations are all up to date in his passport. He is very affectionate and will often lay down to rest with you on the sofa! He is fully toilet trained and loves to be outdoors in the day and snugged up on the couch at night. He is very familiar with children having been raised with 9 and a 10 year old children.
Age and Sex: Male. 3 years old
Shtubby Shtubby was another Yosemite rescue cat and is truly adorable. He is more sedate than his brother Maisey but equally mischievous. He is ordinarily long haired but we keep him trimmed to avoid foliage getting stuck in his fur. He is a very balanced cat in terms of indoor and outdoor, he loves prowling around outside but equally, loves curling up in the sink for a sleep! He has been spayed and his vaccinations are all up to date in his passport. He is very affectionate and will often lay down to rest with you on the sofa! Shtubby is the most child friendly cat of all three and always sleeps at the end of the children’s bed at night.
Age and Sex: Male. 2 years old.
Daisy
Daisy is the eldest of the three and very much the mother hen. She is happy both outdoors and in and is very affectionate. She is a very loyal cat and will compete for attention with her owner, she will often sneak up and lick your hands and arms to get cuddles and affection. She is fully toilet trained enjoys taking the dog for a walk, i kid you not, she follows on the route! She is very familiar with children having been raised with 9 and a 10 year old children and enjoys being picked up and pulled about.
Age and Sex: Female, 4 years old
As said, all cats are very affectionate, house trained and live with a dog, whom they boss about! They all live with children and are adorable pets. All the cats are fully vaccinated, fully up to date as far as deworming and flea treatments are concerned but are not micro-chipped. They all have vaccination records. Unfortunately our next destination does not allow pets and hence we are having to say goodbye to our beauties. I sincerely hope you can find a home for these gorgeous cats, they deserve it.
Maisey, Shtubby and Daisy have been enrolled in the ICVS Stray/Rescued/Rehomed Pets Adoption Benefits Program and will receive examinations and vaccinations at discounts of 50% during the first year with her new adoption family.
