EAST Beijing’s Executive Chef Rob Cunningham will be preparing a charity dinner at Gulou area’s The Orchid on Wednesday November 11, 2015 for RMB 600 per person. The Wine Republic will be providing paired wines. All proceeds will go to support the Tharjay Clinic to provide medical assistance to the nomads and villagers living on the Tibetan Plateau.
