Sat 9: Early Music Makers with Toning School of Drumming
Explore new ways to make music at these classes designed specifically for parents and children ages 1-8. Create a chorus of sounds with percussion instruments like drums, shakers, sticks, bells, and chimes. Little kids will jump at the chance to create some noise, and you’ll love meeting other parents. Sun 10: “Happy Snow and Ice Season” at the Bird’s Nest
The Bird’s Nest need not lie dormant during the chilly winter months. In fact, it’s been transformed into a winter wonderland. The ski and snowboarding slopes are nothing to write home about, but the snow games and play areas are perfect for families and kids who love nothing more than to romp in white powder.
