1. Brussels Sprouts: These sprouts have a bad rep. According to Olivia, overcooking them brings out a special bitterness and sulfurous compound. 3. New Iron Guidelines for Kids: Up to 15% of babies and toddlers don’t get enough iron, according to the latest stats. This can lead to long-term developmental problems, according to Olivia. She shows us the new iron guidelines from the American Academy of Pediatrics and lists things that can either help or hinder iron absorption.
