Summer is in full swing. It is during these long hot months that we crave cold drinks: orange juice, cold coffee, you name it. It might all taste good to you or maybe not so great, but beware of what you’re drinking. They might cool you down momentarily, but do these drinks have something to hide?
Nutritionist Olivia Lee gives us some pointers on how to stay healthy this summer by cracking down on what’s really in these cold drinks.
Lee exposes a few drinks for what they truly are. Other summer drinks beware! Lee is here to divulge your deepest sugary secrets.
