If you have a great singing voice and are free to audition on October 16, contact Claire’s Music Studio in Euro Plaza (Shunyi) to be a part of a professional CD!
Each year, the music studio records a two-disc CD of various musical talents, many from the students themselves! A diverse group of participants put together their talents for a Christmas Charity CD that is then sold to raise money for various charitable causes. This year, the desperate need to keep coal heat going for the many under-funded orphanages in China will be the recipients of the money raised by CD sales.
Approximately 50 new talents are needed to complete this year’s unique project, and any age is welcome to audition. Once past the audition stage, if you’re able to record in early November you could be a part of this tremendous musical gift! Each participant will be asked to sell 10 CD sets at RMB 100 for the cause.
Roundabout is partnering with Claire’s Music Studio for this project, handling marketing, CD sales and the donation of the money raised to the orphanages in need. And as a team, they will also record one of the tracks on the CD!
