Children’s Day is almost here! Do you know what you’re doing on Friday, June 1? We’ll tell you: Enjoying VIP access to Shangri-La Hotel Beijing’s kids’ club, Xiang Junior! Coinciding with Children’s Day, the club is celebrating its first anniversary with a massive birthday bash from 2-4pm.
The event is FREE of charge, but requires an RSVP. It will feature a range of free activities for ages 3-12. To mark the occasion, we’re giving away VIP tickets to this invitation-only event. Families will get access to:
- Playtime with Xiang Junior’s mascot, Baby Bear Tong Tong
- A birthday celebration for the club (including a 17lb cake, birthday songs, and other desserts)
- A playground
- Games and activities
In addition, every child will be invited to paint their rendition of childhood fun on a 25m-long scroll.

Getting there
Get off at Beijing Zoo (动物园站) on Line 4. Take exit C and walk 80m west to the bus station. Take Bus 360快, 632, 334, 运通104, 360, 347, or 714. After three stations, get off at Beiwa Lu (北洼路). Shangri-La Hotel Beijing will be on your right.
