Fans of football (American style, that is) generally spend the season catching games on TV in the wee hours of the morning. But this weekend, any American football fan’s dream is coming true: the National Football League (NFL) is coming to Beijing for the NFL Experience (NFLX). This Saturday, September 8 you can spend the entire day at the Western Academy of Beijing (WAB) basking and partaking in the glory of pro football.
NFLX will not only feature flag football clinics, live tackle and flag football games, and an autograph session with former NFL quarterback Kordell Stewart, but also a performance by the New England Patriots Cheerleaders and a cheer clinic to follow. NFLX is free to attend and open to all, no tickets required, but all children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult. The clinics are open to everyone on a first come, first serve basis, though participants must register and sign a waiver. If you plan on participating, be sure to wear comfy athletic gear and come ready to put on your game face!
