After all the anticipation, holidays always seem to fly by. Time is a tricky thing and freezing it can take a little work. Luckily, the process of preserving memories is incredibly fun! This year, try making your own holiday scrapbook so you can return to those vacation memories whenever you feel like it.
The most important part of scrapbooking is documentation. Whenever you do something that you would really like to remember, keep a little piece of it. Take a camera along when you go out, keep ticket stubs, and information pamphlets. If you go to a park or another outdoor attraction, you can even pluck a bit of grass or foliage (just make sure the guards don’t see you)!
When you have all your material, all you need to do is assemble your memories in a way that speaks to you. This can be a really fun family activity. Sit down together with lots of craft supplies on a rainy day and create your memory masterpiece.
