After a month of focus on facial follicles, most male Dulwich teachers and staff rejoiced in the removal of itchy mo’s (slang for facial hair) grown for Movember. The school-wide Movember initiative, which was largely spearheaded by David Archer, deputy head of years 10 and 11, raised over RMB 2,500. But who were the teachers who raised the most money for their mo’s this Movember?

In the senior school, Anthony Heath prevailed in a tight race with his dashing tribute to actor David Niven. In the junior school, Nicholas Wolfe blew all other mo’s out of the water, singlehandedly raising RMB 700 with his facial sculpture, called The All American.

Students also got in on Movember with stick-on moustaches, proceeds from the sale of which went toward a charity for men’s health, along with all the proceeds staff and teacher mo’s.
