Reception students at The International Montessori School of Beijing (MSB) laced up their running shoes on Wednesday, April 24 for the annual Cross Country Races. Nursery through grade 6 students gathered on the field to cheer on their Reception schoolmates.
The grade 6 students seemed the loudest of the spectators, shouting the names of Reception students in encouragement. The students from the three Reception classes trained in their PE classes in the weeks leading up to the event. Every student finished the race a winner, and were treated to a post-race snack of fresh strawberries.
