Fun Fitness Classes at Dragon Bay
Antje Pfeiffer is the lady who makes fitness fun! She holds Step Aerobics and Body Balance classes on Friday mornings. Step Aerobics, which is said to burn 30-60 percent more calories than traditional aerobics, places particular emphasis on the hips, thighs, abdominals, and buttocks (in other words, all the problem areas a lady could have).
Body Balance, on the other hand, is a low-intensity exercise that takes elements from yoga, tai chi and Pilates, and combines them into an effective workout that improves joint flexibility and strength, while helping you feel centered and calm.
Step Aerobics (beginners): Fri 9-10am. Body Balance: 10-11am. 2F, Dragon Bay Villa Clubhouse (150 1100 4538, antjepfeiffer@ymail.com)
