An international school and an international hospital are slated for construction in a Changping District industrial park, according to China Daily.
The “Future Science and Technology Park” (as it’s referred as in the article) opened in 2009 and covers an area of 10sq km. Touted as a “green, high-tech and intelligent city,” the area is expected to house more than 5,000 researchers as more than half of the state-owned companies based there start operations this year.

After doing some Baidu’ing, it would appear the Future Science and Technology Park is the same as Zhonguancun Life Science Park (中关村生命科学园) in the northwest of Beijing.
To find out more about the industrial park, visit its official website. (There’s an English version, but it’s pretty wonky.)
