There are hundreds of animals hoping to find loving homes in Beijing. If you are considering adopting a pet, Doggy/Moggy of the Week will feature animals from volunteer shelters, animal rescue groups, foster care providers, and pet owners needing to rehome animals. This week’s moggy, Mogui, is from ICVS’ Adoptable Pets.
Name: Good morning readers! My name is Mogui.
Background: I was adopted as a kitten and lived happily with my family until two years ago when their youngest child was born and had a severe allergy to cats. I have been living with a kind foster family for the past year but need to find a purrfect loving forever home!
Personality: I am a great house cat and am gentle and mature. Aside from some light daily brushing, I am easy to care for and quite independent, though I love a ligh. I do not need to be fawned over and am not a cuddly cat, but I do like being around my humans. I am a bit nervous around small children and other animals.
Ideal home: My ideal family would be a single person or a couple without children that are home a lot in the evenings and weekends to spend time with me.
Breed: Domestic Long Hair, Black & White
Sex & Age: Female, 10-years old.
Medical notes: Already spayed and vaccinated and in good health. I am due for vaccination boosters in December 2013 and the International Center for Veterinary Services will provide my examinations and vaccinations at a 50% discount to thank and support my new family for adopting me!
