If braving Beijing’s chilly evenings for that Thanksgiving feast being offered around town is not an option, then making a homemade feast will require you know just where to get the traditional turkey ingredient. Here is a list of the places that are offering already stuffed turkey pre-cooked or a fully cooked turkey also there are options of where to get a frozen turkey:
Pre-cooked/Cooked turkey
Piazza Cafe on Yu Yang Lu across from Capital Paradise makes ready-to-carve turkeys. Orders to be placed in advance. Piazza café (8046 2020/8046 7788).
The Yard is offering cooked and stuffed turkeys that serves up to ten people and includes mixed vegetables, a baked potato, and cranberry sauce. RMB 1,088 (8-9kg) bird costs RMB 1,088 and serves up to ten people. Alternatively, honey roasted ham is available for RMB 158 per kilo, with a minimum order of 1.5kg. Opposite House: pre-order an oven ready or already cooked turkey, ham boneless turkey breast, smoked/ gravlax salmon and pies from the Village Café. Dishes available November 25-30. Opposite House (6417 6688).
Grandmas’ Kitchen is offering cooked turkey for delivery or pick up that comes with a cranberry stuffing, gravy and vanilla bread. A whole turkey is going for RMB 780 (pick up) and RMB 880 (plus delivery fee) while half a turkey is going for RMB 380 (pick up) and RMB 480 (plus delivery fee). Culinary Campers’ have a cooked whole roast turkey including all the sides and pumpkin pie that will serve up to six people for RMB 1,300. Lily’s American Diner is offering a fully cooked thanksgiving takeaway with turkey for RMB 95 per kilogram, sides, and a whole pumpkin or apple pie for RMB110.
Nola’s will be offering a take-away Thanksgiving option of cooked or uncooked turkey at RMB 160/ RMB 140 per kilogram and added sides.
Seasonal Tastes at the Westin Beijing Chaoyang Hotel is offering a holiday take-away menu of roasted turkey, chestnut/apricot/chipolata sausage stuffing and with brussel sprouts/carrots/potatoes on the side with red wine sage for RMB 1,388. Delivery within the third ring road cost an extra RMB 200. Orders to be placed 48 hours in advance. This offer is valid till December 25.
Frozen turkey

Jenny Lou’s is selling frozen pre-cooked turkeys for RMB 55 per kilogram.
Boucherie Michel is selling frozen pre-cooked for RMB 98 per kilogram and the largest one weighing in at 9kg. Orders to be placed two days in advance.
