Congratulations to Beijing International Bilingual Academy (BIBA), which has received full membership to the Association of China and Mongolia International Schools (ACAMIS). ACAMIS is one of the largest international school organizations in the region.
There are over 50 members across Asia, and local members include Beijing City International School, Canadian International School of Beijing, and Western Academy of Beijing.
Members share their experience in many areas relevant to the international school community, including staff development, integration with local culture and inter-school relationships. ACAMIS holds an annual conference to discuss these issues and more.
Perhaps of most interest to students and parents will be the opportunities for greater connection and competition in sports with the roster of existing ACAMIS schools. The association’s Sports League includes badminton, basketball, soccer, swimming, rugby, track and field, and volleyball.
