The St. Regis Champagne Brunch is highlighted by its scrumptious seafood selection, from Boston lobster, Alaska crab, Norway salmon to fresh abalone and oyster. Young guests will have the chance to create their own Easter chocolate eggs and follow the pastry chef to decorate cup cakes.
