Thinking about what to do the family this weekend? Saturday kicks off a three-week long medieval themed event at Indigo Mall, celebrating the opening of their newly opened outdoor garden and park. From Saturday, May 17 to Sunday, June 8, the popular fashion hub will transform its garden, located on the east side of the building, behind Element Fresh and Blue Frog, into an ancient town from the middle ages. The garden will play host to various family-friendly activities from sports, arts and crafts, and handcraft workshop such as kite and stained glass painting.
The coming weeks at Indigo are shaping up to be pretty interesting with dance performances, archery, pony rides, jesters, and even fire eaters set to make an appearance at Indigo’s Medieval Garden. Workshops for kids include storytelling (Chinese only) and step-by-step instruction on how to make your own sword with child-friendly materials.
Indigo’s new fountain is also up and running so if it gets warm enough, you can bet the kids will want to take a run through the cool water. A new playground still under construction will also be open soon, though an official opening date has not yet been released.
