There are hundreds of animals hoping to find loving homes in Beijing. If you are considering adopting a pet, Doggy/Moggy of the Week will feature animals from volunteer shelters, animal rescue groups, foster care providers, and pet owners needing to rehome animals. This week’s wat, Patch, is from ICVS’ Adoptable Pets.
Name: Hi Everyone! My name is Patch!
Age & Sex: I am a sweet and gentle rat. I am an 18-month old male and in good health.
Personality: I am gentle and used to being handled. I like being cuddled and will sit on your shoulder or hand to be fed. I never bite.
Background:I have been the close companion and beloved friend of a 9-year old girl and her family. Unfortunately, my family are leaving China and cannot take me with them when they leave. I hope to find a new adoption family that will give me a forever loving home.
Ideal home: I would be great for families with children that are at least 8-years or older. My family will provide a large cage, water bottle and food to my new adoption family.
ICVS Stray/Rescued and Rehomed Pets Adoption Benefits Program: ICVS will help provide medical care for me and pet care advice for my family. My family will receive 50% discounts on my health examinations at ICVS!
Please contact my owner if you are interested in meeting me and adopting me!
