On Tuesday, May 7 and Wednesday, May 8, Grade 5 students from the Canadian International School of Beijing celebrated the culmination of their Primary Years Programme (PYP) Exhibition. Under the theme “How We Express Ourselves,” students inquired into issues they are passionate about and made purposeful choices to express their learning and new understanding about their given topics. The entire CISB community was invited to view the process of making connections, going further, and taking action. CISB says they are proud of the growth their students have shown during this encompassing task.
The PYP is a component of the International International Baccalaureate curriculum and prepares students for the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP), however it is not considered a prerequisite. Congratulations to CISB Grade 5 students! See photos of the event below.
