Nepal was hit by two devastating earthquakes within three weeks of each other that resulted to over 8,000 lives lost, countless injuries, a majority of the population left homeless. There are two ways to get involved as two organizations are raising funds for the relief efforts currently taking place. More after the jump.
On June 28, The Living Project will be hosting a whole day event featuring taichi, yoga, meditation, and a live dj set of ambient psytrance near Houhai at the Garret Bar’s rooftop space. This will be RMB 60 for each session and RMB 120 for all day access. The session will be led by a diverse group from the United Kingdom, China, and Serbia. Until August 31, IDC Dental will be offering discounts on four services. Two of their dentists- Dr. Jaclyn Laute and Dr. Annabel Boudville took part in work volunteering posts in Nepal and empathize with the need for support.
