At the beginning of the month Gung Ho! Pizza launched a new kids’ menu that offers combos for RMB 50 (now available for delivery.) It’s been a busy month for the winner of last year’s Pizza Cup, as they also announced the winners of their inaugural Student Pizza Box Design Competition. They received 179 entries in total and although they originally planned to use only two designs the quality of the entrants was so high they have increased the number of student-designed pizza-boxes to four.
Apart from bragging rights for having all of Gung Ho!’s clients admire their designs, the four winners will also receive a certificate and a pizza party for them and their friends. Each of the finalists in both categories will receive a certificate and a RMB 200 gift voucher.
International schools such as the British School of Beijing, Beijing City International School, International School of Beijing, Beijing World Youth Academy, Harrow International School, House of Knowledge and many more sent entries.
The four winners were picked by a jury and the Gung Ho! design team. As part of the judging panel were previous Gung Ho! Starving Artists Kang Haoxian and Zhan Zhan, and fellow artists Momo and Li Longfei. Check out the art work of the winners and finalists:
