There are hundreds of animals hoping to find loving homes in Beijing. If you are considering adopting a pet, Doggy/Moggy of the Week will feature animals from volunteer shelters, animal rescue groups, foster care providers, and pet owners needing to rehome animals. This week’s cats, Pao Pao and Xi Gua, are from ICVS’ Adoptable Pets.
Introduction: Hi everyone! Our names are Pao Pao and Xi Gua
Background: We are two little sister cats born indoors and are being fostered by our very kind family. We are sweet cats. Pao Pao is a short haired cat. Xi Gua is a Long haired cat.
Personality: Pao Pao is gentle and a bit shy with new people but warms up quickly as she becomes more familiar. Xi Gua is gentle and sweet.
Ideal home: We are friendly cats and great with kids and hope to find a loving family that will give us a forever home. We wish to stay together and families that can adopt us both will be given priority. Two cats are always more fun than one and we can keep each other company when our owners are away.
Sex, Age & Breed: We are beautiful yellow and white cats. Pao Pao is a short haired cat. Xi Gua is a Long haired cat. We are both about 2 years old females.
Medical notes: We are in excellent health and have been fully vaccinated and are already spayed.
Post-adoption care: We are so happy because The International Center for Veterinary Services (ICVS) has enrolled us into their Rescued/Stray/Rehomed Pet Adoption Benefits Program. ICVS will provide our new family with significant discounts (up to 50%) on our health examinations, vaccinations during our first year of life with our new family.
Official Vaccination Certificate: ICVS will issue our new family the official Beijing Animal Health and Immunity Certificates (e.g. Vaccination red books) at no charge! We need our official vaccination red book to prove we have been legally and properly rabies vaccinated. We must have the official vaccination red books in order to move to another city or to leave China with our new family.
Pet Import/Export Counseling: ICVS will provide our family with unlimited relocation counseling and accurate information so we can go with them when it is time to move to another city or to relocate to another country.
Door-to-Door Pet Transport Service: ICVS can help my new family arrange for a car and driver service to take us door-to-door for my appointments at the hospital.
