Whether your meat eater is a four-year-old toting around a green T-Rex while growling “Dinosaur!”, or a cross-fitting, paleo-loving mom ready for her next WOD, there’s plenty of juicy beef to go around!
With twenty burger booths, including several family favorites (check the official roster coming soon), adults and kids will be spoiled for choice.
This year we’ve listened to parent voices on staff and in the community to improve the event’s family friendliness. Parents who attended last year said they enjoyed the location, as Oasis provided access to clean bathrooms and an emergency room, just in case.
Parents and kids will have priority seating at picnic tables when kiddos are ready to chow down! Until, of course, they zoom off to the next booth. Signs will be posted and enforced.
EtonKids will host a Kid’s Corner with an adorable, edible dessert craft activity and burger themed games for burning off excess energy. These mini hamburgers are made from cupcake buns and cookie meats adorned by green and red frosting.
We heard they’re bringing hamburger piñatas while mustard and ketchup will have a final showdown in a team game. Pick your side now!
Swing dancers of all ages will appreciate the vintage style of Stevie Mac & The Mac Daddies, one of the bands scheduled to play.

The Burger Festival is part of a larger annual celebration of all things beef-and-patty related in the capital. There’s also a promotional period, with lots of discounts and deals, and a knockout tournament in NCAA March Madness style.
Staff at beijingkids will be putting a special spin on the Burger Cup’s promotional period by spotlighting restaurants that have been kid tested and parent approved or recommended. Save and eat well using promotional deals at some of the best burger joints throughout our city.
