We are moving to a more 21st-century-look-and-feel website this week on Thursday, June 2 and we know there will be a lot of questions asked about what to expect from the new site. The editors are hard at work in getting all the little details ready for the launch and have come up with a list of Frequently Asked Questions to help you with this transition.
Will my old username and password work?
Yes to username and no to password. The good news is that your old username will be migrated to the new website but you will have to re-validate it with a new password. It’s a fresh new start for those who forgot.
What type of events can I upload?
You can upload a single event, or a series of recurring events. The flexibility for recurring events is hugely improved, so you’ll be able to set an event to recur e.g. Monday to Friday for two weeks, once a week for two months, every second Thursday etc.
Is the new website responsive?
Yes. The new site will adapt to whichever device you open it with, unlike the old site which made it harder to read the long form articles without zooming in and out.
How do I report bugs?
Just like the last site, go to the Contact Us page and report a hiccup with the system. Our IT gurus will be on the hunt to make the system better for you.
