British Female Aviator Meets Students at DCB, 17 Oct
British aviator Tracey Curtis-Taylor is coming to the Dulwich College Beijing to speak about her exciting experiences undertaking global flights in vintage aircraft! This event is part of DCB’s Distinguished Speaker Series (recently rebranded as ‘Shackleton Lectures’). The renowned commercial pilot will visit with DCB Junior and Senior School students and parents on Monday, October 17 for a series of talks followed by Q&A sessions. Tracey is known for her long distance flights in vintage open cockpit aircraft. In 2015 – 2016, Tracey completed the 23,000km journey from Franborough to Sydney in a 1942 Boeing Stearman, in honour of Amy Johnson’s flight from Britain to Australia.
