What happens when science and art combine? It’s a funky stuff that’s really interesting! Atelier will be holding a workshop wherein kids can use science and art to create a car from scratch.
The unique course will teach participants about the famous Arduino electronics mechanism, an open-source platform based on easy-to-use hardware and software. Aside from it, participants will also get to know how an ultrasonic sensor works to detect and avoid objects in front of the car.
The workshop session will include building an electronic circuit, learning wheel controls, designing using the imagination, and coding to personalize and make the car work!
The class will be taught by Sebastien Thomas, who joins Atelier’s team to open Atelier Fablab. It’s a creative center equipped with machine tools and electronic materials where students can experiment and develop ideas using new technologies to work on a project.
