Make Traditional Shaanxi Noodles, Feb 23

Foundations of Yoga, Feb 25
Adults (women only). Join Ms Uptown Studio for a two-hour workshop on the basics and fundamentals of Vinyasa yoga. The workshop will cover correct posture in the basic asanas as well as sun salutations and tips on improving strength and breathing techniques. The course is taught in English and led by Maria Kimsey, a qualified Ashtanga Vinyasa teacher and chef from the UK, and will include a tea or coffee after class.
