Parents might wonder what the difference is between camps, usual classes and after-school activities. We’ve explained why camps are a great way to boost children’s social skills, and we have a story straight from Beijing-based kid campers who went to the US last summer.
Here’s a list of some awesome and exciting overseas summer camps. Some focus on academics and learning, while others are sports oriented or geared towards travel and exploration. Though they may look distinct from each other, the underlying fabric weaving them together is mainly their high safety standards. There are camps, for example in the UK, that offer accommodation or lodging. In South America, the camps we’ve listed are mostly for natural and wildlife exploration, while in Asia and Oceania, they’re cultural and highlight interaction with nature.
