I cannot go a day without taking at least a small bite of a chocolate bar that sits in the corner of my fridge. Chocolate plays an important role in not only satisfying a sweet-tooth, but also in adding flavor to desserts such as cake, ice cream, and cookies.
Eating chocolate is one thing, but making them means wielding a whole new level of power. It’s easier than you think. You can learn how to make your own delicious chocolates by attending a homemade chocolate class hosted by Brian’s Kitchen in Dongzhimen.
The evening class for adults and older kids costs RMB 188 per person. Cooking ingredients and equipment are supplied, but students may want to bring their own kitchen apron.
Brian’s Kitchen also hosts various other cooking classes for those interested in learning how to make, for example, pizza, Italian pasta, Greek food, and health snacks.
