Introduction: Hi everyone! I am a beautiful and sweet cat named Tulio!
Background: Tulio’s rescuers noticed him in their apartment complex garden one day. He was happy and rolling around in the grass but was obviously not where he belonged. Notices went out to see if someone had lost their cat but there was no response. Tulio was relaxed but would not let himself be caught that day. Over the course of two weeks Tulio was spotted several times. Each time he looked dirtier, hungrier and more terrified. He is a house cat and not suited to life as a stray. One night Tulio was spotted again begging for food scraps outside a restaurant, where everyone ignored him and threw things at him so he hid under a car. With the help of some yummy food he was lured into a cage and taken to ICVS. It is unknown what happened to Tulio’s family. Unfortunately, his rescuers believe Tulio’s family may have moved out and left him behind.
Personality: Tulio is very friendly and loves to be loved! He especially likes to be scratched around the face and neck. Tulio is an ideal couch companion and loves to snuggle up in a comfy place and relax for long periods of time. So far, Tulio has very much enjoyed human company but gets worried when people try to pick him up suddenly. Tulio is quite talkative and meows when he wants attention.
Ideal home: Tulio would be happy with an individual, a couple or a family with older children (e.g., 8 years and older). He has no problem eating dry and wet foods.
Breed, Sex & Age: Tulio is a white and grey domestic short hair cat with lovely green/yellow eyes. He is a 2 to 3 years old male cat.
Medical notes: Tulio very healthy and has been fully vaccinated, dewormed and neutered at ICVS!
