Dmitry and Natalia Strelnikova, along with daughters Sofia (13), Anisia, (9) and Ksenia (3) come from Russia. Dimitry has been working for a Russian company for the past 20 years here in Beijing, and his wife Natalia is the house manager looking after three super kids, who were all born here in Beijing. Nowadays, Sofia is studying at BWYA, Anisia is at Fangcaodi International School, and Ksenia is attending kindergarten.
Favorite spot to relax: The hot springs within the city
Favorite non-Chinese restaurant: For the whole family it’s Blue Frog or Annies, and for the adults it’s Opera Bombana
Favorite Chinese restaurant: Dintaifung
Family rituals: The most important is to have dinner together at least on weekends
Adapted Chinese culture: Celebrating every Chinese holiday
Favorite parents date night: Centro at Kerry Center
Favorite place to play indoors: Guomao ice-skating rink and trampoline parks
Favorite place to play outdoors: Happy Valley
Favorite neighborhood: Central Park is the location that best suits us, with plenty of schools, shops, and dining
Favorite Museum: Madame Tussauds is great for all ages
