Background: Xiao Hei is about four months old and was born blind due to a congenital condition, so he needs some extra love. Xiao Hei is a fabulous kitten and can play, run, jump and lead a healthy and happy life! Xiao Hei is currently staying at ICVS where he is being cared for.
Personality: Xiao Hei is energetic and fearless. He knows when you are present and loves to play with people and other cats. Once he feels comfortable, he is very outgoing and adventurous as he likes to explore his surroundings.
Ideal Home: Xiao Hei would be happy with an individual or a couple without small children. Xiao Hei is blind so a stable home environment is essential to help him grow into a confident and secure cat. Xiao Hei must live as a strictly indoor cat.
Breed: Short-hair black and white male cat.
Sex and Age: Xiao Hei is a sweet boy around 4 months old
Medical Notes: Other than being blind, Xiao Hei is healthy and has been dewormed, fully vaccinated, microchipped and is current on flea and tick preventives.
Official vaccination certificate: Xiao Hei has already been rabies vaccinated at ICVS, and the hospital will issue the new family the official Beijing Animal Health and Immunity Certificate (e.g., vaccination red book) at no charge. The official vaccination red book is needed to prove that he has been legally and properly rabies vaccinated, to register for a dog license and to move to other cities or to leave China with the new family.
Pet import/export counseling: ICVS will provide the family with unlimited relocation counseling and accurate information to take Xiao Hei with them when it is time to move to another city or to another country.
Door-to-door pet transport service: ICVS can help the new family arrange for door-to-door car transport for appointments at the hospital.
