Chinese Knife Skills Cooking Class, Feb 1
A Chinese chef is judged first of all on their knife skills. The Hutong is organizing a class which will teach you Chinese knife skills such as slicing, shredding, mincing, and deboning with a cleaver. This exhibition shows about 200 prints from the National Art Museum of China (NAMOC) and Heilongjiang Provincial Art Museum. Following the theme of “mutual learning of civilizations”, it is divided into five parts: “Multi-Visions”, “Louvre Treasures”, “Reviving Classics”, “British Horizon”, and “Tales of the Mortal World”.
