Everybody’s favorite piglet is coming to the Jing, to celebrate the Year of the Pig!
Peppa Pig has had a sometimes rocky relationship with the Chinese authorities, and was at one point reported to have been banned. However a nicely-judged New Year promotional video won hearts across the land. And now Peppa Pig and her family are going to be appearing at a Beijing theater.
Peppa Pig Live has been described as “a rollicking, all singing, dancing interactive adventure” and “a treat for your little one’s eyes and ears”. Peppa goes on a camping trip with her school friends Pedro Pony, Suzy Sheep, and Gerald Giraffe. With Daddy Pig driving the bus, you can expect misadventure, games, and lots of laughter.
