LIH Olivia’s Place has announced its 2019 autumn semester “Twilight Series” for teachers. The program aims to help kids to reach their full potential through giving teachers the right kind of coaching and guidance. Each session on their series of learning outcome-focused workshops works towards fostering a productive exchange of ideas between professionals in Education.
The ‘Twilight Series’ covers speech and language development, social and emotional challenges, learning difficulties, and support for children with special needs. Each attendant will receive a certificate for his or her participation.

- Creating a communication friendly environment in schools
- Say “No” to bullying: creating a friendly environment for our schools
- Normal posture and postural disorders
- ADHD and behavior management techniques
- Emotional regulation for children and adolescents
The five-week program is an exciting and informative opportunity for teaching professionals. Teachers will learn how to support students with speech, language, and communications needs within the classroom. Participants will also be taught the skills needed to deal with bullying in order to combat the long-lasting psychological impairments that can be caused in students who suffer from mental or physical abuse at the hands of their peers in school.
From being aware that students may be wearing inappropriate shoes and backpacks, to monitoring the overuse of technology, and being able to recognize students who may be suffering from Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder are all part of the comprehensive series on offer.
