In a day and age where women are still being told what we can and can’t do with our bodies and careers it’s now more important than ever to encourage young women in today’s society to become the leaders of tomorrow. We need to lead by example and empower young women to confidently pursue whatever career path they choose.
Future Female Leaders is an intensive eight-week mentorship program that’s designed to provide young women with real-world insight into a diverse range of careers. They’ll receive firsthand training from female leaders in various industries including hospitality, food & beverage, energy, fashion, and automotive.
Applications for Future Female Leaders are open now to female students from Beijing-based international schools between the ages of 14 and 18. Take the opportunity to learn firsthand from these industry icons and make connections with strong like-minded young women in Beijing.
During the eight-week mentorship students will receive face-to-face guidance from female leaders who will provide insight and inspiration from their real-world experiences. They will receive exposure to professional opportunities across a range of industries that will provide deepen insight into prospective career paths. Mentors will provide their mentees with intrinsic motivation, a resilient mindset, and the essential skills requires for a future in leadership. At the end of the program every participant will have a unique experience to share for their college application.
This year’s program will be limited to 40 students. All applicants must be available to attend the program in its entirety.
