The holiday season has officially started and nothing gets you and your kids in that hyped-up Christmas spirit than a bustling Christmas fair filled with tasty goodies, unique crafts, and fun activities for the whole family.
One of the best things about attending school Christmas Fairs is that it’s a great time for you to mingle with the other parents, enjoy the fun side of life with their teachers, and discover some Beijing-based artisan crafts that you might not have heard of before.
This past weekend on December 1, British School of Beijing, Sanlitun (BSB Sanlitun) held its annual Christmas Cracker where hundreds of excited children eagerly made new friends and snacked on Christmas goodies.
Attractions ranged from the Bulk House showcasing their zero-waste-friendly products, to Bethel China teaching the kids how to make handcrafted Christmas gifts. Christmas Fair veteran Liuba Draws drew in a huge crowd of loyal fans and entertained the little ones with her coloring table, while 3 Little Pigs, TRB, and Parwaaz kept event-goers warm and toasty with tasty hot dogs, samosas, over-the-top hot chocolate, and mulled wine.
The best part about the BSB Sanlitun Christmas Cracker was seeing the wonder in the children’s eyes as they waited anxiously for their photos with the big man himself at Santa’s Grotto. The fair kept the kids excited about the holiday season and entertained all day. We hope you had a blast at BSB Sanlitun’s Christmas Cracker because we know we did! Santa Claus has officially come to town!
