Hypno what now? If the idea of being hypnotized during childbirth weirds you out, then don’t worry because hypnobirthing isn’t about losing control in front of a live audience and clucking like a chicken, but rather about harnessing breathing techniques and gentle self-hypnosis to reduce fear, anxiety, and pain associated with childbirth. Counselor and reproductive and childbirth wellness coach Hati Malinova will be leading this free introductory session for moms-to-be.
