German Charity Advent Brunch
Although the German Christmas Market got canceled, there’s still something Christmassy to look forward to this weekend. At the German Charity Advent brunch you’ll get to shop, dine and experience the fun of Christmas. Santa will make sure to get there in time so it’ll be loads of fun for the littlest ones, too. Oasis First Aid Training for Ayis and Parents
If your child was in danger, would you know how to stay calm and take control of the situation? If you’re a parent and still haven’t taken a first aid course, Oasis will be organizing a half-day non-certified training for parents and ayis this Sat, Nov 26. The course will teach you practical first aid skills and the most common medical and outdoor emergencies kids are exposed to, such as fever, choking, allergic reactions, drowning, bites and stings. Parents and ayis will also learn how to manage pediatric head injuries, broken bones, falls and burns. The course will be taught bilingually, in both English and Chinese so ayis can fully understand the content and participate in the training. Scan the QR code below to register.

Beijing Hikers: Triangle Hike
Walk off Thanksgiving dinner on this 12km hike between small villages in Changping. Meet-up is at the Liangmaqiao Subway area and the Starbucks at the Lido Metropark Hotel. The price is RMB 420/ RMB 380 for members, and RMB 180 for kids. Post-hike meals are included, but you need to pack yourself a lunch and snacks.
