In recognition of World Sleep Day 2025, the International Medical Center-Beijing (IMC) is proud to host a free community seminar focused on addressing adult sleep difficulties. The seminar aims to alleviate the societal burden of sleep problems through improved prevention and management of sleep disorders.
The seminar will be held in person, providing opportunities for discussions on various aspects of adult sleep difficulties, sleep problems in adults with ADHD, holistic treatment options for insomnia (without medication), how your dreams and brain waves affect your sleep, and overall impact of sleep on health and well-being, among others.
The seminar will be an in-person event, providing an interactive platform for attendees to engage with Dr. Mehrvarz and gain valuable insights into managing sleep disorders.
Dr. Mike Mehrvarz, Ph.D., is a licensed Adult and Child Psychologist with extensive training and experience in psychological assessment and treatment. Dr. Mehrvarz is also licensed to practice in China and specializes in addressing psychologically related medical issues, such as sleep disorders, without the use of medication.
