Sausage Fest is more than just a food event – it’s a weekend-long family-friendly outdoor party that’s focused around great food, music, and community. Since its debut in 2024, the festival has become a must-attend event for food lovers, offering a chance to sample delicious hot dogs, sausages, and other culinary delights from local restaurants.
About Tinker Garden
Tinker Garden’s booth will be a highlight for families, offering a range of interactive activities designed to spark creativity and curiosity in children. The booth will be decorated with festive balloons and staffed by friendly team members wearing spring-themed accessories, creating a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere.
Here’s what you can expect:
1. Lucky Scratch Cards (Free!)
Kids can join in the fun by scanning a QR code to follow jingkids on Xiaohongshu and Town Nature’s official WeChat account. They’ll then get to choose a scratch card with a 100 percent chance of winning! Prizes include paintable wave drums, building blocks, stickers, animal models, planting kits, colored picture books and even blind box toys. It’s a guaranteed win for every little participant!
2. Natural Sensory Crafts
Families can dive into the world of hands-on creativity with Tinker Garden’s Natural Sensory Crafts. By joining the Tinker Garden parent group, kids can participate in three types of craft activities and receive a complimentary “Tinker Garden experience” class.
3. Child-Friendly Snack Bar
While the adults indulge in delicious sausages and hot dogs, kids can enjoy their own treats at the Child-Friendly Snack Bar. The area will also feature fun additions like Tinker Garden boxes, animal balloons, floating balloons, bubble machines, insect specimens, archaeological digs, and coloring plaster to keep the little ones entertained.
4. Sensory Area for Young Children (Free!)
For the youngest festival-goers, Tinker Garden will set up a free sensory experience area filled with sensory teaching tools. This space is designed to let toddlers play and explore while parents relax and enjoy the festival’s culinary offerings.

Sausage Fest will be taking place at FFC South Square on Mar 28 from 4pm to 9pm and on Mar 29-30 from 11am to 9pm. Early bird tickets are RMB 20, VIP tickets are RMB 100 and tickets at the door are RMB 30. You can purchase tickets by scanning the QR code in the poster above.
