Friday Just Got a Whole Lot Hotter! Hot & Spicy Festival Starts Today!
This weekend finally marks the return of our Hot & Spicy Festival. We’re in good stead to welcome Beijing’s finest spicy food vendors to Galaxy Soho for three straight days, Friday through Sunday.

We are beyond excited that the 2020 Hot & Spicy Festival is coming back to Galaxy Soho Aug 7-9. It’s hard to believe that this will be only the 3rd year the festival has been held because it’s already become such a keystone of our social calendar. Combining delicious and spicy food from all over the globe, loads of live entertainment, and a great festive atmosphere for all ages, it is an event not to be missed.
Return of the Spice: Hot & Spicy 2020 is Back On!
Our plans to sneak spicy peppers into zongzi for Dragonboat festival were foiled by a second outbreak of COVID-19. Thankfully, the storm has calmed, and while there may not be as much sticky rice, there will certainly be plenty of spice and everything nice (may it not be postponed twice!), allowing you to enjoy three full days of delicious food, live entertainment, and mixing with Beijing’s vibrant expat community.
